Our drain unblocking and cleaning services

Our experienced drain unblockers use sewer camera inspections to accurately locate blockages, then clear them efficiently with high-pressure water jetting, keeping your drains flowing smoothly.

We can unblock:

  • Sewer and wastewater pipes

  • Kitchen and bathroom drains

  • Toilets and household drains

  • Outdoor and stormwater drains

  • Farm culverts and larger drainage pipes

We also work with Novaflo, plastic pipes, tile drains, water lines, and effluent systems, both on and off the farm.

High pressure jetting for cleaner drains

Even when drains aren’t fully blocked, debris, grease and other buildup can accumulate inside pipes over time.

Using our high-pressure jetting truck, we flush and clean pipework to remove this buildup, improve flow, and help prevent future blockages.

Drainage work that meets council standards

We work closely with the STDC on a regular basis. With access to council drainage plans, we arrive prepared with a clear understanding of your system before we even get on site. This head start helps us diagnose problems faster and avoid unnecessary delays.

We pride ourselves on turning drainage problems into lasting solutions for our customers.

How to know if your drain is blocked

Not sure if you’re dealing with a blockage or another underlying plumbing problem?

If you notice any of the following signs, your drain may need professional unblocking and cleaning:

  • Slow draining sinks, showers, or basins

  • Gurgling sounds from pipes

  • Bad smells from drains

  • Water pooling around outdoor drains

  • Toilets or drains backing up

How we unblock and clean your drains

1. Identify the source of the problem

Using our CCTV drain cameras and DD130 Leica locator, we inspect your drains non-invasively and pinpoint the exact location of any issue from above ground. This allows us to accurately determine what’s causing the problem, whether it’s a clog, buildup, or damage within the pipework.

2. Assess the situation

From our detailed inspection, we can then assess the situation and determine the appropriate party to report to. If repairs are needed, we can arrange and manage the work through our network of qualified drainlayers and oversee the process on your behalf when necessary.

3. Clear the blockage

If a blockage is identified, we use high-pressure water jetting to break up and remove the obstruction. We then flush the pipework to clear any remaining debris, restore proper flow, and help prevent future blockages.
